StopNYCCongestionTax.org is an independent, nonpartisan, unincorporated grassroots activist website to equip all of New York City’s commuters with the knowledge and tools to fight the imposition of a Congestion Tax within New York City. It was founded in July 2007 by Brooklyn resident Jonathan Judge, who was looking for a way to give people hope and a means by which to fight this proposed new tax.
